 Terms and Conditions By booking lessons via this website by email or phone, you are accepting the following Terms and Conditions: - Lesson Fees: lesson fees should be paid at the start of the lesson (unless a block booking is in force). If a cash machine is needed, please also ensure this is communicated at the start of the lesson.
- Cancellations: Other than exceptional circumstances, 24hrs notice must be given to cancel, otherwise the lesson will be charged for.
- Postponements: The school cannot be held responsible for the postponement of the test due to bad weather or an Examiner being unavailable on the day of the test.
- Sitting the Test: The school car is available for driving tests at the discretion of the Instructor and subject to the required standard being achieved prior to the test. The Instructor alone will determine if the pupil is ready to take the test.
- Road Safety: In the interests of road safety, use of the school car for a lesson or a driving test may be refused if the Instructor considers the pupil to be unsafe or unfit to drive for whatever reason.
