Hi, and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Chris Shaw and I am an Approved Driving Instructor. I am also the proprietor of Kintore School of Motoring.

I provide driving lessons in the Inverurie, Kintore, Kemnay, Alford and Blackburn areas.

I cater for new learner drivers of all ages, drivers looking for refresher training and drivers of International Licences who require to pass the UK Driving Test.

My first time pass rate is exceptional! ( see test stats 2008)

I also offer Pass Plus courses and semi-intensive driving courses.

As you have probably already discovered, to pass the driving test today can be a long and expensive journey. I appreciate that most people have a tight financial budget that must cover more than just driving lessons.

To give you an example of this, the DSA's own statistics show that the average pupil requires 45 hours professional tuition, (Driving Standards Agency average, 2006), and a further 23 hours private driving, if they have that facility.

I appreciate that learning to drive on today's congested and dangerous roads is a daunting prospect for any new young driver, so what is required is an instructor who can encourage their pupil to stay calm, focussed and who can create an atmosphere conducive to learning.
